Command & Conquer, the groundbreaking real-time strategy game developed by Westwood Studios and published by Virgin Interactive, was an early and important PlayStation release in the UK in January 1996. This UK Original carries serial SLES-00530 and was released on 12 January 1996. It is a two-disc release in a Multiway Jewel Two Disk case without a hologram, covering the UK with English language content. Loose paperwork includes a Virgin Registration Postcard. Among the eight PAL variants catalogued, the UK Original is the primary British first-edition release, to be followed by a UK Platinum reissue. The Multiway Jewel format and no-hologram case are consistent with early 1996 PAL packaging norms.
