Circuit Breakers is a racing game developed by Supersonic Software and published by Mindscape. The game supports up to four players across thirty-plus tracks in eight worlds, with banked corners, drops, and dynamic track design. It was the first PlayStation title to receive expansion packs via Official UK PlayStation Magazine demo discs.

This Italian-market Original release carries serial SLES-00753 and was distributed in Italy with its own dedicated EAN barcode. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc supporting English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. Released on 15 July 1998, it is one of two PAL variants. Italy receiving its own pressing rather than being grouped into the broader continental release is notable, and this version is less commonly encountered in northern European collections. Italian collectors seeking a complete example would have found this specific pressing at retail.
