Circuit Breakers is a racing game developed by Supersonic Software and published by Mindscape, featuring over thirty roller-coaster tracks across eight 3D worlds and supporting up to four-player local multiplayer. It is historically notable as the first PlayStation title to receive expansion packs via Official UK PlayStation Magazine demo discs.
This multi-territory Original release carries serial SLES-00753 and was distributed across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc supporting English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. Released on 15 July 1998, it is one of two PAL variants. The UK, France, Germany, and Spain grouping under a shared EAN makes this the broader of the two pressings, and it is the version most commonly encountered in UK collections. Complete copies in good condition are moderately findable.
