Bust-A-Move 4, the fourth entry in Taito’s Puzzle Bobble series published by Acclaim Entertainment, features 640 levels and an innovative pulley-based bubble mechanic. This combined six-territory Original pressing covers the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, released on 15 April 1999 in a Full Jewel PAL case on a single disc, with EAN 3455192117819. Language support is English only. An Acclaim Sports WWF War Zone promotional flyer is included as loose paperwork. Three PAL variants of the game are catalogued in total, and this original is the only pressing with confirmed paperwork documentation.
