Bust-A-Move 2: Arcade Edition by Taito and Acclaim Entertainment received a UK-specific Platinum pressing under serial SLES-00278, distributed in the UK only. It comes in a Full Jewel PAL case with English language content on a single disc and contains a 13-page English-only manual. A notable feature of this pressing is a yellow “For Toys ‘R’ Us bundle” banner on the front, indicating it was likely sold as part of a retail bundle through the Toys ‘R’ Us chain. Five PAL variants are catalogued in total for Bust-A-Move 2. The Toys ‘R’ Us branding makes this UK Platinum edition a particularly distinctive variant within the set.
