Broken Sword II: The Smoking Mirror is a point-and-click adventure developed by Revolution Software and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, following the duo of George Stobbart and Nico Collard through an ancient Mayan mystery.
This German-language Original release carries serial SCES-00800, a dedicated German serial. It was distributed in Germany and comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a single German-language disc. Released on 14 November 1997, it is one of five fully localised PAL variants. Sony CEE’s decision to produce fully localised pressings for five European languages across dedicated serials reflects the significant investment made in Broken Sword II as a flagship adventure release. The German pressing is the natural target for German-market collectors and is findable in German secondary market channels.
