Beatmania

Beatmania is the 1997 Konami rhythm game franchise’s PlayStation home conversion, simulating DJ performance via a seven-key plus turntable controller. This is the only catalogued PAL pressing of SLES-02096, issued as an Original on a single English-language disc and dated 15 June 2000. Country of distribution, case type, hologram and EAN barcode are all currently undocumented and require physical confirmation. As a relatively scarce PAL release of a franchise that struggled to achieve significant Western market footprint, this pressing is a valuable target for rhythm game and Konami collectors, particularly when accompanied by the corresponding turntable controller peripheral originally sold separately.
