Battle Arena Toshinden 3

Battle Arena Toshinden 3 is a 3D fighting game developed by Takara and published in Europe by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, pitting players against a large roster of weapon-wielding characters across newly designed enclosed arenas. It is the third entry in the Toshinden series.

This German-market Original release carries serial SCES-00700 and was distributed in Germany with its own distinct EAN barcode, differentiating it from the broader continental pressing. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a hologram on the case, and contains a single English-language disc. Released on 26 June 1997, it is one of four PAL variants. The existence of a dedicated German EAN alongside a broader continental pressing covering France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands suggests that Germany received separate distribution in at least some retail channels. The German-specific pressing is slightly less commonly encountered than the wider multi-territory version.
