Asterix, Sourcery’s side-scrolling action game based on the French comic series and published by Infogrames, received a dedicated French market Original pressing. Released on 18 July 2000 in a Full Jewel PAL case on a single disc, with EAN 3546430003008. Language support covers Dutch, English, French, and German. Eight PAL variants are catalogued in total. The French original pressing is the natural first choice for collectors in the French market and is one of the earliest serials in the Asterix PAL set.
