Ape Escape is a 1999 platform game developed and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, the first PlayStation title to require the DualShock controller, following protagonist Spike as he captures apes sent through time by the villainous Specter. This Spanish market original pressing carries serial SCES-02031 and was released on 7 February 1999, presented in a Full Jewel PAL case on a single disc. The case features a Hologram B. This pressing is Spanish language only. No EAN barcode has been confirmed for this variant. A clear case sticker reading “Ape Escape Dualshock Only” is documented.
