Allied General

Allied General is a turn-based WWII wargame developed by Strategic Simulations and published by Mindscape, placing the player in command of Allied forces across campaigns in North Africa, Western Europe, and Russia. In Germany the game was released under the Panzer General II title due to that franchise’s stronger local recognition. This is the German-specific original pressing, carrying serial SLES-00417 and distributed solely in Germany. It is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, and comes on a single English-language disc. Released on 10 July 1997, this is the German launch edition, one of two distinct PAL pressings. Collectors interested in the Panzer General lineage may find this German variant particularly relevant given its alternative title context. No paperwork or case stickers are included.
