Alien Trilogy, Probe Entertainment’s 1996 first-person shooter published by Acclaim Entertainment, drew on all three Alien films to create a 30-level single-player experience. This original German release carries serial SLES-00246 and was distributed in Germany only, with German language content on a single disc in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case. Seven PAL variants are catalogued in total for Alien Trilogy, and this original German pressing, with its no-hologram case, represents the earliest tier of the German market release. The absence of a hologram is consistent with early PAL PlayStation releases before the hologram programme became standard.
