Air Race

Air Race is an aircraft racing game developed by Xing Entertainment and published by THQ, known in Japan as Reciproheat 5000. Players select from ten planes of varying speed and handling, including wartime fighters and stunt planes, racing across four distinct courses.

This is the sole catalogued PAL variant, an Original release carrying serial SLES-00762 and distributed across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain under a single pressing. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a single English-language disc. Released on 10 January 1997, this is an early PAL PlayStation release. The broad four-territory coverage under one EAN barcode is consistent with THQ’s European distribution approach for mid-tier titles of this period. As the only known variant, this is a single-find title and complete copies are not frequently encountered.
