Zero Divide 2

Zero Divide 2 is a 1997 fighting game developed by Zoom and published in PAL territories by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, a sequel to the 1995 original Zero Divide. The game features robot fighters with improved graphics and higher-resolution character models, new arena types including walled enclosures and low-barrier stages, breakable armour, and an increased frame rate of 60 frames per second. New characters include the nurse-like Pixel and the crab-like Cancer. Five PAL variants are catalogued, released from 15 October 1998 and covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. The UK release carries serial SCES-01094, while France, Germany, Italy, and Spain each received dedicated codes. All known variants use Full Jewel PAL cases on single discs with Hologram A stickers, with language support across English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. A well-constructed follow-up to the original, with more PAL variants than might be expected for a niche robot fighter.
