Wild 9

Wild 9 is a 2.5D platform game designed by David Perry and developed by Shiny Entertainment, published by Interplay for the PlayStation. Released in September 1998, the game features a protagonist armed with The Rig, an electronic lasso used to manipulate the environment and defeat enemies, drawing comparisons to the studio’s earlier Earthworm Jim titles. Five PAL variants have been catalogued across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain, spanning Original and Special Bundle release types, all in Full Jewel PAL cases on a single disc with Hologram A on the case. The Special Bundle variants are of particular collector interest, documented as limited edition boxed sets that included a t-shirt. The multilingual language support across English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish covers the full major PAL European market.
