WarGames: Defcon 1

WarGames: Defcon 1 is a tactical vehicle-shooting game developed by Interactive Studios and published by MGM Interactive for the PlayStation, loosely based on the 1983 film WarGames. The story takes place twenty years after the film, with players choosing to command either NORAD or the rogue WOPR supercomputer across a series of missions using tanks, aircraft, mechs, and hovercraft. The story was scripted by John Badham, director of the original film. PAL collectors will find five catalogued original variants spanning the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and Greece. All releases share a single serial and carry a Hologram A on the case, housed in Full Jewel PAL cases with a single disc. Language support includes English, French, and German. The earliest PAL release is dated 10 May 1998.
