Virus: It Is Aware is a 1999 action-horror game developed and published by French studio Cryo Interactive, based on the 1999 comic book film Virus, itself derived from a Dark Horse Comics property. The PAL PlayStation release was localised across France, the UK, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Only one PAL variant has been catalogued, a combined five-territory pressing with full multi-language support across English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish, in a Full Jewel PAL case on a single disc. Hologram data for this variant is currently unconfirmed. Like the film it was based on, the game received negative reception on release. It remains a curio for collectors interested in film tie-in games or the Cryo Interactive catalogue.
