The soundtrack was composed by Chris Huelsbeck, known for his work on Turrican. The PAL release arrived on 19 October 1996.

Two variants are currently catalogued in the database, both covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. All releases come in Full Jewel PAL cases with no hologram on the case, and are single-disk releases with English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish language content. No loose paperwork or bundled demo discs have been documented. One variant carries a rounded barcode sticker on the back, which may indicate a distribution or retail amendment. Both variants share the same territory coverage, making the barcode and sticker differences the primary distinguishing features for collectors.
