TOCA Touring Car Championship

TOCA Touring Car Championship is a 3D racing game developed and published by Codemasters, officially licensed by the BTCC organiser TOCA and recreating the 1997 British Touring Car Championship season. Players race for one of eight works teams across nine championship circuits, with commentary provided by Tiff Needell.

Five PAL variants are currently catalogued, all UK-specific releases. Release types span the original launch edition, the Platinum budget reissue, a Value Series Black Label pressing, and two No 1 Bestseller Codemasters editions, one with and one without a hologram on the case. All variants are presented in Full Jewel PAL cases. Hologram types include standard Hologram, Hologram B, and no hologram, depending on the release. Language coverage across all variants includes English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. All are single-disc releases.

The original includes a Manual Registration Card and a TOCA 2 Promo Leaflet has been documented in the Platinum edition. Some variants carry press review case stickers. The No 1 Bestseller edition without a hologram is particularly noteworthy, as a sealed listing suggests it is a genuine Black Label pressing rather than a label variant, making it of real interest to completionist collectors.
