Spice World is a music game developed by Sony Computer Entertainment’s Studio Soho and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, featuring the Spice Girls as animated characters. The game allows players to remix tracks, practise individual dance routines, and choreograph group performances. PAL collectors will find five catalogued original variants, each with a dedicated serial number per territory: the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. All releases are housed in Full Jewel PAL cases with a single disc and support territory-specific languages. The earliest PAL release is dated 19 July 1998. The hologram types on the cases are unconfirmed. As a first-party Sony title tied to the height of Spice Girls popularity, PAL copies remain a well-recognised curio for collectors of licenced entertainment games from the era.
