Spawn

Spawn: The Eternal is an action-adventure game developed by Sony Interactive Studios America and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, based on Todd McFarlane’s comic book character published by Image Comics. The game alternates between Tomb Raider-style exploration and side-scrolling beat-em-up combat, following Spawn through a series of interconnected scenarios. A curiosity of the release is that the disc plays a lengthy audio interview with Todd McFarlane when inserted into a CD player. Six PAL variants are catalogued, released from 10 April 1998 and covering the UK, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. All variants use Full Jewel PAL cases on single discs with Hologram A stickers, presented in English. The broad European coverage across six pressings makes Spawn a solid mid-tier collecting target across multiple PAL territories.
