Space Jam is a sports game developed by Sculptured Software and published by Acclaim Entertainment, based on the 1996 film of the same name featuring Looney Tunes characters and Michael Jordan. The game centres on a 3-on-3 basketball match with minigames, and allows players to compete as either the TuneSquad or the Monstars. The PAL release arrived on 14 March 1997.

One variant is currently catalogued in the database, covering Spain, the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany, and Italy. The release comes in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, contains a single disc, and is an English-only release. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demo discs have been documented. As a single-variant licensed tie-in title with broad European distribution, Space Jam is a familiar find in PAL PlayStation collections, though its film tie-in status and Looney Tunes branding give it some ongoing crossover appeal for media collectors.
