All variants are original releases in Full Jewel PAL cases on a single disc, with language support spanning English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Swedish. The Scandinavian variant is of particular collector interest due to a round yellow case sticker referencing Swedish text and golfer Jesper Parnevik. The earliest PAL release was 10 April 1999.
