Porsche Challenge

Porsche Challenge is a 1997 racing game developed by Sony Computer Entertainment Studio Soho and published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, designed exclusively in collaboration with Porsche and featuring the Porsche Boxster across four racing environments including the official Porsche test track at Stuttgart.

Four PAL variants are catalogued. The original launch edition is a tri-territory pressing covering the UK, France, and Germany in a Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case with a hologram on the case. Later reissues include a Platinum edition and two Value Series Black Label pressings, one UK-specific and one covering France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, both in Full Jewel PAL cases with Hologram B. All releases are single-disc with language support spanning English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

No loose paperwork or bundled demo discs have been documented across any variant. As a Sony first-party title developed in-house by Studio Soho and featuring an official Porsche licence, Porsche Challenge is a well-regarded entry in the PAL PlayStation catalogue, with the original Mini Jewel pressing being the most desirable for collectors.
