Point Blank 2 is a 1999 light gun shooting gallery game developed by Tose Software and published by Namco, the direct sequel to the original Point Blank PlayStation conversion and built around over seventy varied shooting scenarios designed for the Namco GunCon peripheral. The PAL release landscape comprises two catalogued variants under shared serial SCES-02180, both covering UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands as a single combined country pressing. Documented variants split between the standalone Original release and a Special Bundle pressing distributed alongside a GunCon peripheral in a limited release box, the bundled version carrying no consumer barcode and bearing the standard Not To Be Sold Separately marking. The disc carries English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish language support. The earliest catalogued PAL release is dated 1st September 1999. Case type and hologram type are not yet documented for either variant. Collector interest is steady, particularly for the bundled SKU which is meaningfully scarcer than the standalone disc and is the more interesting of the two for completists.
