Plane Crazy is a 1998 arcade-style plane racing game originally developed by Inner Workings for Windows and brought to PlayStation in PAL territories with publishing by Project Two Interactive. The PC version was notable for early Heat.net multiplayer support, and although a PlayStation conversion was initially announced and cancelled in 1998, a PAL PSX version subsequently surfaced via this release. The PAL physical landscape is currently minimal, with a single catalogued variant on SLES-02087 issued as an Original on a single disc with Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish language options. Country of distribution, case type and hologram are all currently undocumented. Given the unusual development history and the title’s relatively obscure profile, the PAL PSX pressing is a useful curio for collectors interested in the often-overlooked corners of the late-PSX racing genre and merits further physical research.
