PGA Tour 98 is a golf simulation developed by NuFX and published by EA Sports, exclusively for the PlayStation. The game features five championship courses including the officially licensed Pebble Beach Golf Links, each modelled from real-world blueprints. PAL collectors will find three catalogued original variants covering the UK, France, and Spain, all sharing the same serial. All pressings are housed in Full Jewel PAL cases with a single disc, presented in English only. The earliest PAL release is dated 27 September 1997. All three variants are documented with an EA Sports Consumerlink Registration Card as loose paperwork. The hologram types on the cases are unconfirmed. PGA Tour 98 was the last in the series not to carry a player’s name in the title until 2023.
