Peak Performance is a racing game developed by Cave and published by JVC Music Europe for the PAL region, known in Japan as Toge MAX: Saisoku Drift Master. The game is based on the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, featuring the iconic mountain course alongside four additional tracks combining dirt and tarmac surfaces across urban and rural settings. Twenty-five cars are available, each with distinct handling characteristics, and cars can be named, coloured, and tuned.

A single PAL variant has been catalogued, a UK-exclusive Original release carrying serial SLES-00727. It comes in the Full Jewel PAL case with a single English-language disc and a release date of 1 November 1997.

The UK-only distribution of the currently catalogued variant is notable, and it is possible the title received limited release outside the UK through JVC’s European distribution. As a niche racing title from Cave, published by JVC, Peak Performance occupies a genuinely obscure corner of the PAL library and complete copies are uncommon.
