Panzer General

Panzer General is a turn-based strategy wargame developed and published by Strategic Simulations Inc. (SSI), originally a major hit on PC in 1994 and later ported to the PlayStation. The game tasks players with commanding Axis forces through World War II campaigns, testing tactical skills across land, air, and sea engagements.

The database currently catalogues one PAL variant, a UK-only Original release dated 10 June 1996. This single pressing is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case and contains a single English-language disc. Documented loose paperwork includes the Mindscape Manual Centerfold Registration Card. No case stickers or bundled demos are recorded.

The UK-exclusive distribution makes Panzer General one of the more regionally limited PAL releases in the strategy genre, and complete examples with the registration card intact are the preferred find for collectors of SSI’s PlayStation output.
