Pac-Man World, officially titled Pac-Man World 20th Anniversary, is a 1999 platform game developed by Namco Hometek and published by Namco for the PlayStation. Released to mark the character’s twentieth anniversary, the game sends Pac-Man to Ghost Island to rescue his kidnapped friends from the villainous Toc-Man across a variety of 3D platforming stages. PAL collectors will find six catalogued original variants across the UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. The UK and Netherlands share a serial, while France, Germany, Italy, and Spain each carry a dedicated serial number. All releases are housed in Full Jewel PAL cases with a single disc and carry a Hologram B on the case. Loose paperwork flyers corresponding to each territory’s serial are documented. The earliest PAL release is dated 17 November 1999.
