Namco Museum Vol. 3

SCES-00268
Initially Released 1 February 1997

Namco Museum Vol. 3 is a classic arcade compilation developed by Now Production and published by Namco for the PlayStation, collecting six titles from Namco’s arcade catalogue, including Galaxian, Ms. Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Phozon, Pole Position II, and The Tower of Druaga. The volume is notable for including two hidden alternate versions of The Tower of Druaga, titled Another Tower and Darkness Tower, both offering harder challenges than the original.

One PAL variant is currently catalogued in the database, covering the UK, France, and Germany, with a release date of 1 February 1997. Unusually, this edition comes in a Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL case rather than the standard Full Jewel format, and carries a hologram on the case. The disc is a single-disk English-only release, with no loose paperwork or bundled demos documented. The distinct case format makes this an interesting packaging variant for collectors focused on PAL release formats.
