Monaco Grand Prix Racing Simulation 2, also known as Racing Simulation 2 or Racing Simulation: Monaco Grand Prix, is a Formula One racing game developed and published by Ubisoft for Windows, Nintendo 64, PlayStation, and Dreamcast, released in 1998 and 1999. A sequel, Racing Simulation 3, followed in 2002.

Five PAL variants are catalogued across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, all as original releases in Full Jewel PAL cases with a Hologram B on the case on a single disc. All five variants share serial SLES-01691, with country-specific barcodes providing differentiation. Language support spans English, French, Italian, and Spanish. A Ubisoft Monaco Grand Prix Registration Card is documented as loose paperwork across several variants. The earliest PAL release was 1 July 1999.
