Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter is a 1997 crossover fighting game developed and published by Capcom, originally released for arcades before receiving console ports to the Sega Saturn in 1998 and PlayStation in 1999. The second entry in the Marvel vs. Capcom series, the game introduced the Variable Assist mechanic and featured a roster drawn from across the Marvel universe. The PlayStation port, published in PAL territories by Virgin Interactive, removed the tag team mechanics due to hardware memory limitations, resulting in a somewhat different experience to the arcade and Saturn versions.

Only a single PAL variant is currently catalogued, carrying serial SLES-01792, with English as the only documented language on a single disc. Country of origin, case type, hologram, and EAN barcode details are unconfirmed. The earliest PAL release date is recorded as 5 July 1999. The game is of significant interest to collectors of Capcom’s PAL fighting game output.
