Goal Storm is a football simulation developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo and published by Konami for the PlayStation, first released in early 1996 in PAL territories. It is the first installment in what would become the celebrated Winning Eleven and Pro Evolution Soccer franchise, offering 36 national teams across exhibition and tournament modes.

The database currently catalogues one PAL variant, an Original release distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands, dated 15 January 1996. This single pressing is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case and contains a single English-language disc. No loose paperwork, case stickers, or bundled demos are documented.
