G-Police: Weapons of Justice
SCES-01625
Initially Released 3 September 1999
G-Police: Weapons of Justice is a 1999 combat flight simulation developed by Psygnosis Stroud Studio and published by Psygnosis, serving as the sequel to the original G-Police. The game continues the vehicle-based shooter framework of its predecessor, adding three new vehicles and expanded weaponry across thirty mission scenarios.
The PAL landscape comprises five catalogued variants covering France, Germany, Italy, and Spain on dedicated localised pressings, alongside a base release whose specific country distribution is not yet recorded. The earliest PAL release is dated 3 September 1999. Language coverage matches the per-territory localisation strategy, with each pressing supporting only its local language, except for the base release which carries English.
All five variants ship in Full Jewel PAL cases as single-disc releases with a Hologram B marking on the case. The full-localisation approach taken across the four named European markets gives this title a clean per-country identification structure. A worthwhile pickup for collectors documenting Psygnosis’ late nineties output and the studio’s transition into the Sony fold during this period.
