Felony 11-79, known in Japan as Runabout, is an action driving game developed by Climax and published by ASCII Entertainment Software for the PlayStation. Players cause maximum destruction and chaos across open city environments, placing it alongside other late-1990s vehicular mayhem titles. A sequel, Super Runabout: San Francisco Edition, followed in 2000. PAL collectors will find a single catalogued variant, an original pressing covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain from one multi-territory release dated 5 December 1997. It supports English, French, and German and is housed in a Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc. The hologram type on the case is unconfirmed. As the only known PAL pressing, this is the definitive physical release for European and UK collectors.
