The F.A. Premier League Stars

The F.A. Premier League Stars is a football management and arcade hybrid developed by EA Sports and published by Electronic Arts, focused on the English top flight under the official Premier League licence of the period. The PAL release landscape currently records a single catalogued variant under serial SLES-02142, an English language original release dated 24th August 1999 on a single disc, with country, case type, and hologram type all undocumented at the time of writing. As a heavily Premier League branded title it was clearly aimed primarily at the UK market, though precise distribution data has yet to be confirmed. Research is ongoing for additional regional variants and packaging detail, and collectors working on EA Sports PAL completionist sets are encouraged to contribute confirmed scans or barcode information. The title sits within EA’s late nineties expansion of football specific spin offs running parallel to the mainline FIFA series.
