Duke Nukem

Duke Nukem (titled Duke Nukem: Time to Kill in North America) is a third-person action game developed by 3D Realms Entertainment and published in Europe by GT Interactive Software. Players control the iconic Duke Nukem through time-travelling levels set in ancient Rome, the Dark Ages, and the Wild West, fighting alien enemies with an expanded arsenal.

Three PAL variants have been catalogued, covering the UK, Germany, Italy, and France. All are Original releases in Full Jewel PAL cases, each carrying a Hologram A on the case and a single disc. A UK-specific pressing and a combined Germany and Italy pressing share serial SLES-00703, while a French-language release carries the separate serial SLES-00987. UK and continental releases were in English; the French variant introduced a localised language option.

Released in September 1997, this is a mid-era PlayStation action title with modest but genuine collector appeal, particularly for fans of the franchise. The three distinct pressings make a complete PAL variant set an achievable goal.
