Destruction Derby

Destruction Derby is a vehicular combat racing game developed by Reflections Interactive and published by Psygnosis, released in PAL territories in December 1995. Inspired by demolition derby, the game tasks players with wrecking opponents’ vehicles to score points, featuring simulated crash physics that were notably advanced for the time.

The database catalogues three PAL variants across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, and Finland. Release types include Original and Platinum editions. The Original appears in both a Full Jewel PAL and a Multiway Jewel One Disk case, while the Platinum uses the Mini Jewel Black Bordered PAL format, limited to a UK-only pressing. Holograms, where present, are found on the cases. Documented loose paperwork includes the Manual Registration Card in yellow Destruction Derby branding, associated with the Multiway case pressing.
