Colony Wars

Colony Wars is a 1997 space combat simulation developed and published by Psygnosis for the PlayStation. Players join the League’s fleet as a mercenary pilot, completing missions across a branching narrative with multiple possible outcomes depending on performance. The game was praised for its advanced lighting and particle effects, and spawned two sequels. PAL collectors will find five catalogued original variants, each with a separate serial number corresponding to a specific territory: the Netherlands and Greece sharing a serial with the UK, alongside individual French, German, Italian, and Spanish pressings. All releases are housed in Full Jewel PAL cases spanning two discs. The UK/Netherlands/Greece variant is documented as including an Official PlayStation Magazine Guide as loose paperwork.
