Bomberman Fantasy Race

Bomberman Fantasy Race is a kart-style racing spin-off from the Bomberman franchise, developed by GraphicResearch Inc. and published in Europe by Virgin Interactive in 2000. Players choose from six characters, each riding one of two animal types, competing across seven courses using bombs and items to hinder opponents. The game supports single-player racing, split-screen versus, and a time attack mode, and includes a coin-wagering system between races.

The PAL release arrived in July 2000, some time after the Japanese and North American launches. Only a single PAL variant is currently catalogued, carrying serial SLES-01712, with language support covering English, French, German, and Spanish. Country of origin, case type, hologram, and barcode details have not yet been confirmed, and further research is ongoing. The game was later re-released via PlayStation Network for PS3 and PSP in Japan and North America.
