Blam! Machinehead, known as Machine Head in North America, is a first-person shooter developed by Core Design and published by Eidos Interactive in Europe, released for the Sega Saturn, MS-DOS, and PlayStation in 1996. The game puts players in a fast-paced vehicular combat scenario across a variety of environments.

Three PAL variants are currently catalogued, each a distinct national original release. Separate pressings exist for the UK, France, and Germany, each carrying their own serial code and language content. The UK edition is English language, the French edition is in French, and the German edition is in German. All three variants are presented in Full Jewel PAL cases with no hologram on the case, and all are single-disc releases. No loose paperwork or bundled demo discs have been documented across any of the three variants. The earliest PAL release date is 15 October 1996.

The three-way split across UK, France, and Germany with separate serials makes Blam! Machinehead a compact but rewarding set for collectors interested in Core Design’s mid-1990s output.
