Bedlam
SLES-00334
Initially Released 7 April 1997
Bedlam is a 1996 run and gun game developed by Mirage Interactive and published by GT Interactive, in which players command a squad of three Remote Assault Tanks against a horde of mutated creatures known as Biomex. Originally released on PC platforms, the PlayStation version brought the same frantic action to console audiences.
The PAL release landscape for Bedlam is modest, with just one variant currently catalogued. That release covers a broad range of territories including the Netherlands, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, suggesting a single multi-territory pressing rather than country-specific editions. The release is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case, and contains a single disc. Language coverage across PAL releases includes Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
Unusually, this variant includes a GT Yellow Registration Card among its loose paperwork, a detail of interest to completionist collectors. No bundled demo discs have been documented. With only one PAL variant catalogued, Bedlam is a relatively straightforward title to track down, though finding a complete copy with its registration card intact adds a small layer of challenge.
