Batman Forever: The Arcade Game

Batman Forever: The Arcade Game is a one or two-player beat ’em up based on the 1995 film, developed by Iguana Entertainment and published by Acclaim Entertainment. The subtitle distinguishes it from a separate Batman Forever game also published by Acclaim at roughly the same time. Players take the roles of Batman and Robin in battles against Two-Face, the Riddler, and their henchmen. Only one PAL variant has been catalogued, a broad six-country Original pressing covering the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands in a Full Jewel PAL case without a hologram, released in December 1996. As a single-variant PAL release of a film tie-in beat ’em up, it is a modest entry in the Acclaim PAL catalogue of the era.
