3D Lemmings

SCES-00009
Initially Released 1 October 1995

3D Lemmings is a puzzle game developed by Clockwork Games and published by Psygnosis, released in 1995 across DOS, PlayStation, and Sega Saturn. It was the first entry in the Lemmings series to bring the iconic gameplay into a three-dimensional environment, retaining the core mechanic of assigning skills to guide the lemmings to safety.

The database currently catalogues one PAL variant, an Original release distributed across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, and Norway, dated 1 October 1995. This single pressing is presented in a Full Jewel PAL case with no hologram on the case and contains one English-language disc. Documented loose paperwork includes a Lemmings Jelly Belly Leaflet, and a Yellow Jelly Belly Bean Competition case sticker is also recorded, making this one of the more charming promotional variants in the early PAL catalogue.

The Jelly Belly promotional tie-in gives this release a distinct identity within the Psygnosis PAL launch line-up.

Collector Notes

This title has a really cool Jelly Bean promotion to look out for. This includes a case sticker and a leaflet, finding both is quite hard.
