007: Tomorrow Never Dies

007: Tomorrow Never Dies is a third-person shooter with stealth elements, developed by Black Ops Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. Based on the 1997 James Bond film, it was the first 007 game EA published after acquiring the licence, and it casts Bond against media mogul Elliot Carver.

The PAL release landscape is broad. Nine variants are catalogued across France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK, with the earliest PAL release recorded as 25 November 1999. Both Original and Platinum release types exist, and every variant uses a Full Jewel PAL case with a single disc. Language coverage spans English, French and German.

Hologram markings vary between releases. Hologram B appears on several of the Platinum copies as well as the French Original, while other variants are recorded simply as carrying a hologram. Serials differ by region, with separate codes for the UK, French and German markets, and some UK entries cover multiple countries on a single case.

For collectors, the pairing of Original and Platinum pressings in several territories makes this a rewarding title to compare, and the multi-country UK cases are worth checking closely.
